Directions from Stornoway

From Stornoway follow the A857 across the moor until you reach the road that runs along the west coast- about 12 miles.

In Barvas, after the petrol station, turn right and head north for about 11 miles heading through several little villages before South Dell

Continue on through South Dell, North Dell, Cross, Swainbost and Habost. When you see the sign for Lionel, take the next road on the left, the B8013 at the top of a small rise. There is a signpost with lots of sign - most noticeably to the school.

The Decca is about half a mile along the road on the left, beside this road a little after the entrance to the school.
